Join us for a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by gentle yin yoga deeply nourishing sound bath. Together, we’ll share ceremonial cacao before moving into yin yoga to gently open the body, release tension, and create space for stagnant energy to move. We’ll then settle into the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls — a space to pause, soften, release, and return to yourself. Ceremonial Cacao Cacao is a natural, minimally processed plant that has been used in ceremonial settings for centuries. Often described as gently heart-opening, it can support feelings of connection, presence, and emotional openness. Lovingly blended with honey and rose, our cacao invites you to soften into love, embrace your feminine energy and create space to pause, release and return to yourself. Yin Yoga You’ll be guided through a gentle yin yoga sequence to open the body and soften the nervous system—supporting you to drop out of the mind and into a more embodied state. Crystal Sound Bath We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, allowing you to fully relax, integrate, and receive.
