A women's ceremony in a welcoming garden studio — an evening of presence, movement and magic. As autumn deepens and the days grow shorter, the natural world begins to slow down, inviting us to embrace the changing rhythms of the season. As we move towards the darker months, we gather to explore how we can nurture our inner light, keeping it alive and shining through the darkness. Through the warmth of ceremonial cacao, conscious dance, sound and ritual, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, honour our changing cycles and explore how movement, expression and connection can support us through this seasonal transition. ✨ What the evening includes: Breathwork & arrival Ceremonial cacao & intention setting Fire ritual (weather permitting) Conscious dance journey Restorative sound bath Closing sharing circle We begin by arriving through breath and sound, allowing ourselves to settle into the space and the present moment. From this grounded place, we share cacao and set our intentions for the evening. We then move into a conscious dance journey, guided by music and inspired by the elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Through different rhythms and textures, we explore stillness and vitality, softness and strength, allowing ourselves to move freely, release what we no longer need and awaken the energy that keeps our inner light shining. Our fire ritual offers a moment to honour what we are grateful for, release what no longer serves us and make space for what we wish to nurture in the months ahead. After the movement, we settle into stillness for a restorative sound bath, allowing the experience to soften, integrate and land in the body. We close together with a sharing circle. A nourishing evening of connection, movement and inner exploration — embracing the changing seasons while tending to the light within.
