Join me for a nourishing, heart-opening 90 minute gathering dedicated to connection, relaxation and self-care. Step out of the rush of daily life and into a safe, gentle space created exclusively for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. We will begin by sipping ceremonial grade cacao — a gentle plant medicine known for opening the heart, boosting mood and deepening intuition. From this grounded state, we will open a supportive sharing circle where you are invited to speak from the heart or simply listen in quiet solidarity. To conclude our journey, you will lie back and melt into a peaceful guided meditation leading into a soothing sound bath, leaving you feeling calm, aligned, and deeply restored. What to Expect Ceremonial Cacao Ritual: connect with cacao to invite warmth & presence. Women’s Sharing Circle: a safe, non-judgmental space to express what’s on your heart or hold space for others. Meditation & Sound Bath: deeply relax as Himalayan singing bowls wash away tension and quiet the mind. What to Bring A bottle of water Comfortable, warm clothing (layer up if you get cold!)
