This is an evening of connection, introspection and creation of the reality that you are ready to call in ✨ This is for you if you've been carrying too much for too long, and need a place to finally be held. If you need a space where your voice will be heard, your dreams celebrated, your emotions welcomed. If you have been looking for a safe space to exhale, where you are welcomed just as you are. If you are ready to let go of holding it all and meet yourself, your desires, your needs, and start creating a life that honours them all alongside other women. I believe that so much of our power gets lost when we learn to silence parts of ourselves: our needs, our desires, our emotions, our intuition, our voice. My work is about creating the space to meet those parts with compassion rather than rejection, and to begin trusting yourself again. Because you don't need to fix yourself to move forward. You need to feel safe enough to hear yourself. I combine somatic work, mindset coaching, subconscious patterning, emotional mastery, nervous system rewiring and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique) to support change that goes beyond intellectual understanding, so the shift can be felt, not just understood. Alongside my 1:1 coaching practice, I created these circles as a space for women to exhale. To put down the roles, expectations and pressures we carry, and come back to the woman underneath them. I believe there is something uniquely powerful about women gathering together in a space where you don't need to have it all figured out, where your dreams can be spoken out loud, your emotions are welcome, and you can be witnessed without having to perform. Through sharing, meditation, coaching, reflection and the lens of astrology, we explore what is alive for us, what we are ready to release, and what we are ready to call in. My intention is not to tell you who you should become, but to create the space for you to hear yourself more clearly, and to trust what you already know.
