Woo ish Women’s Circle 🌿 Oulton | South Leeds Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. Feeling like your brain has 47 tabs open? Juggling work, business, family and the never-ending to-do list? Come and press pause with us. 🤍 Wooish is a relaxed, welcoming women’s circle where you can step away from the pressures of everyday life, put the to-do list down for an hour and give yourself a little breathing space. Think gentle movement, guided meditation, oracle cards, journalling, a bit of reflection. No experience needed, no expectations and absolutely no pressure to share, speak or do anything that doesn't feel right for you. You don't need to be spiritual, know how to meditate or have your life figured out. You can turn up exactly as you are — busy brain, messy thoughts, tired eyes and all! This is your time to slow down, recenter, clear a little headspace and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling a little lighter, a little clearer and ready to take on whatever the week ahead has in store. No fixing yourself. No getting it perfect. Just an hour for you. ✨ What to expect: Gentle movement to help you unwind A guided meditation to slow things down Optional oracle cards and journalling Relaxed conversation and connection with like-minded women Relaxing and soul ful music A welcoming, judgement-free space where you can just be yourself 📍 Oulton Institute, LS26 8SX 📅 Tuesday 10th November 2026 ⏰ 7:30pm–8:30pm 💷 £8 per person Come on your own or bring a friend.
