Breathwork invites liberation and transformation of any tension either physical or mental. Tapping is a powerful yet gentle technique to support and enhance the benefits of Breathwork. These two techniques are combined together to help you go on a deep journey into reconnection to yourself. MURIEL In 2008, Muriel dove into yoga, reconnecting with her body and aligning with her values. Through various travels and Teacher Trainings in Yin Yoga, Vipassana, Restorative Yoga, Nidra Yoga & Reiki, Muriel explored her practice alongside inspiring teachers, keeping a beginner's mind as she continuously studies and explores new styles and techniques still today.
