In this workshop, we will approach the unbalances of the sexual chakra - which is the root of pleasure - and how these unbalances are manifested in life, giving you the opportunity to observe how much balance is in your own sexual chakra. Sexual Chakra is where our motivation to concrete our dreams and life projects is born. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to awaken the movement of your centre of pleasure, shake out stagnant emotions and release the power of the most creative energy that exists - the sexual energy. ALICIA DESPERTAR HOLÍSTICO Alícia Despertar Holístico is a Tantra and Conscious Sexuality Coach &Therapist, with a past background in Nursing and Holistic Therapies. Currently, she helps women reframe the way they live their sexuality as well as their role in relationships. Through reconnection with their sexual energy and with the pleasure of life, Alícia helps women reclaim their personal power, self-love, self-esteem and self-confidence, helping them to awake their Inner Goddess.
