EMBODIMENT: GROUNDING
Give yourself a chance to balance your mind-body connection, ground the energy gathered through the summer and invite peace and stability.
In this workshop you will be guided through somatic movement, simple yet powerful exercises that will help you to bring attention to your body. You will be invited on a journey of discovering physical patterns and tensions you hold and how to release them, in order to feel more aligned, stable, self-confident and focused. Bringing awareness and letting go of tensions in your physical body does transform blockages and tensions in your emotional and mental bodies - it calms your nervous system and grounds you. Once more 'embodied' you restore balance, can feel at peace and think clearer, make decisions that are aligned with you much easier and live your true potential with greater freedom.
EGLE KABELYTE:
Egle Kabelyte is passionate about movement, movement of inner and outer nature and its cultivation, human relations and alternative healing. She is a Transformative bodywork practitioner, guiding people to rediscover and understand their bodies, holding space for their journeys within and supporting them to integrate the experience into their daily lives. She believes in the healing nature of touch, healing through understanding the emotions and in a powerful, self-regulating and self-healing phenomenon of the body. Egle facilitates group workshops and gives private somatic coaching sessions in Portugal and abroad. Immersed in this practice with all her heart, she combines her experience and knowledge of anthropology, philosophy, psychology and somatics and is on a journey to spread the message of freedom through the body, profound self-acceptance, deep trust in one's self and in a gentle dance of life - a colourful journey of self-discovery.
