UNLEASHING YOUR INNER POWER THROUGH VOICE 'Let's enhance the voice as a powerful communication tool and express our authentic selves to the world, reclaim our power and release old conditioning and beliefs.' An interactive workshop bridging physical practices with mindfulness practices to deconstruct structural and individual conditioning through grounding meditations, mindful movement, voice awareness, voice healing exercises, and activation of the voice through music. LIDIA LINS Brazilian singer and songwriter, Lidia started singing at the age of 12 and found in her journey as a singer the most genuine way to express her emotions and express her intuition. She believes in the power of music as a healing tool. Her music is strongly influenced by shamanic tribes from South America and by her own process of opening the heart and living a life fully aligned with who she is. GREG WITH PEACE With nearly 30 years of experience in the world of music, Greg is raising awareness that music is much more than merely a performing art. He creates inclusive and interactive musical experiences where participants can immerse themselves into sound and music just as deep as they want. He’s been facilitating singing circles, workshops and gatherings and producing educational music videos and courses through mantras (kirtan) and medicine songs.
