Yin Yoga & Reiki: A Winter Workshop

Yin Yoga & Reiki: A Winter Workshop acontece a 6 de dezembro de 2026, Social Yoga, em London.

Join us for this 2-hour workshop blending journalling, gentle breathwork, Yin Yoga and Reiki. The winter solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year, just a few days before Christmas day. This is a time calling for deep rest and stillness — a time where the Yin energy fully sets in. As we're leaving autumn behind marked by orange fallen leaves, the return of grey skies and wind; settling with shorter, colder rainy days... This workshop is a chance to pause with intention, before the Christmas season kicks in and the new year begins. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help settle the mind, and guided journalling prompts to give you space to reflect on the autumn season behind you and set an intention for the one ahead. Then, we'll enter a slow, floor-based Yin practice, holding postures for several minutes to soften the body and quiet the nervous system. You'll have the option to receive hands-on or hands-off Reiki during your Yin practice— offered in a safe, supported space, so you can simply rest and receive, dropping a layer deeper into your experience. The workshop will close with a sharing circle, a moment to connect with others over light snacks and an opportunity to pull an oracle card. Expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, nourished (and perhaps even a little floaty!), ready to step into winter with clarity and ease. All levels welcome. Agenda and exact timings may be subject to small changes on the day. REFUND POLICY: Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop, but are transferable — feel free to pass your spot to a friend. If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you're welcome to a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, all tickets will be fully refunded.
