Join Morgane every Tuesday evening at Tejá House for a yoga practice that winds you down and draws you inward. Each session is shaped by a different musician or DJ playing live, the sound moving with you, from breath to stillness.This week, Afghan musician Ebrahim Mohammadi joins the practice on the santur, a traditional string instrument played with small mallets, whose shimmering sound brings a lyrical, almost floating quality to the room. A former music teacher in Afghanistan, Ebrahim now lives in Portugal, where he continues his artistic work and shares Afghan music, art and culture with audiences from many countries.Donation-based: €15–20The Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior™ is a one-hour sequence that transforms, invigorates and energises, while at the same time grounding you and allowing you to deepen your practice.Developed by Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, the Spiritual Warrior sequence was designed for busy people who only have one hour to practice. The class is rhythmic and fast-paced, taught in a fixed Vinyasa sequence. Fully balanced, it includes an asana warm-up, chanting, meditation, hands-on assists, and is always led by an intention and an inspiring playlist. Some prior knowledge of yoga poses and Vinyasa flow is helpful, though all levels are welcome.Your TeacherMorgane has practised yoga for 15 years, exploring a range of styles and traditions as her relationship with the practice deepened from the physical into the mindful and spiritual, a journey that continues to ripple into every corner of daily life. Her teaching is rooted in strong Vinyasa flow, enriched by Jivamukti's spiritual depth and philosophy. She integrates safe hands-on assists, Sanskrit chanting, and the deeper dimensions of yoga to create a holistic practice. For beginners or those seeking a gentler pace, she also offers accessible Hatha classes that build foundation and confidence.Morgane holds a 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa certification from School Yoga Institute and a 75-hour Jivamukti certification from Jivamukti Yoga Lisbon. Based in Lisbon, she teaches regularly in the city and leads retreats in Botswana.
