ZHENSHINA circle is an invitation into the temple of your senses. A space where the body can soften, slow down, and remember how to receive pleasure - gently, naturally, without performance or expectation. Path to Senses is a temple-like gathering for women who wish to reconnect with their physical presence, sensitivity, and inner joy. Through warmth, touch, movement, and ritual, we create safety for the nervous system to relax and for the senses to awaken. We begin with Ritual of Sensory Opening in sauna — allowing heat, herbs and soft touch to release tension and prepare the body for deeper enjoyment. From this grounded state, we explore our personal relationship with pleasure: what it means for us, how it lives in the body, and what allows it to flow. Through writing, shared presence, soft movement, and playful dance, we rise into lightness and aliveness. Ritual of Touch and intuitive massage between women help the body feel seen, supported, and deeply present. At the heart of the circle is the altar — a space of offerings to life and to ourselves in the Temple. Textures, fruits, chocolate, fabrics, scents, and symbols become tools for exploration. With curiosity and care, we meet our senses and allow ourselves to feel — more slowly, more honestly, more fully. This is not about doing. It is about receiving. A temple of sensation, softness, and feminine presence.
