The Soft Reset is a relaxed and uplifting women’s self-care evening created to help you move, reconnect, unwind and leave feeling refreshed. Your evening will include: ✨ Feminine Dance Class with Aleksandra A feel-good feminine movement session designed to help you connect with your body, confidence and feminine energy. No dance experience is needed — just come as you are. ✨ Self-Care Activities Take some intentional time for yourself through gentle self-care and connection activities throughout the evening. ✨ Tea & Nibbles A little pause in the evening to slow down, connect and enjoy some time together over tea and light nibbles. ✨ Relaxing Sound Bath with Milginta Take some time to slow down, relax and recharge during a calming 35–40 minute sound bath. You’ll be lying comfortably on a yoga mat, surrounded by soothing sounds and vibrations created with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and other gentle instruments, creating space for deep rest and relaxation. No dance experience needed. No pressure. Just a beautiful, welcoming space to step away from everyday life and pour some energy back into yourself.
