Amore Wellness strength and conditioning circuit acontece a 7 de outubro de 2026, PT Lab GYM, em Wythenshawe.

The class combines strength exercises, functional movements and cardio-based circuits to give you a full-body workout in a fun and supportive environment. All abilities are welcome. You do not need to be super fit or experienced to join. Exercises can be adapted so you can work at a level that feels right for you. Our aim is to create a space where women can move their bodies, challenge themselves and build confidence without feeling intimidated. £2 Refundable Donation A £2 donation is required to secure your space .We have introduced this to help reduce no-shows and make sure limited spaces aren't left unused. Your £2 will be reimbursed after you have attended the class . Please only book if you genuinely intend to attend. Photography & Filming Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken during the session for Amore Wellness social media and promotional content.If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let one of the Amore Wellness team know before the class begins and we will make sure this is respected.
