About
An Evening of Wellbeing: An Introduction to Tapping ✨ acontece a 13 de novembro de 2026, The Link, em Loanhead.
Please note change of date to Friday 13th November🗓️ ✨ I’m so excited to introduce you to our next guest for our monthly Evening of Wellbeing… Ann Diment 🥰 Our monthly Evening of Wellbeing events are all about exploring different things that support our wellbeing, from practical tools and techniques to more holistic approaches, and I’m really excited for this one! Ann will be introducing us to tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I’ve done lots of tapping myself and have found it really powerful, so I’m very excited to have Ann join us and guide us through an evening of exploring it together. ❤️ We’ll learn about the different tapping points, how tapping works and have a guided tapping session with Ann, so you’ll actually get to experience it for yourself. And don’t worry at all if you’ve never tried tapping before, or you’ve never even heard of it! Ann will talk us through everything and show us exactly what to do. As always, there’ll also be plenty of time for connection, a cuppa, biscuits and a chat with other lovely women. ☕️🥰 Here’s some more information from Ann about the evening below… You can also find Ann on social media and visit her website to find out more about her and her work. I can’t wait for this one! ✨🫶 An Introduction to Tapping Life can get busy, and stress and overwhelm can build up unnoticed as you push through each day until you crash and burnout. What if you could tune in and tap out the small niggles whenever they arise, using a simple but effective method that can be used anywhere, and help you boost your energy by releasing the weight of stress and old programmes that no longer support you? Ann Diment from Resilience Rebel will share an introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping). EFT tapping is a gentle, effective mind-body tool that is easy to learn to help you tune into your emotional responses to past and present experiences. It can help you calm the stress response, reduce emotional intensity, and create space to how you want to respond by simply tapping on acupressure points and tuning into choose your breathing. Ann is an advanced accredited practitioner who has trained with leading experts in the field and is an experienced health coach, wellbeing consultant, trainer, speaker and author of ‘Turning the Tables on Burnout’ , and she has been using it herself since 2018 to recover from complex PTSD and navigate many life challenges including grief, menopause, divorce and her late ADHD diagnosis. Here's what what her clients say: " I went from being unable to get out of overwhelm to being able to think clearly, process the immediate emotions and be able to deal with what was happening. I highly recommend Ann and her calming and reassuring presence" Find out more go here: https://bio.site/resilience.rebel Trustpilot reviews are here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/resilience-rebel.com ❤️ About the Host Jenny is a certified life coach passionate about connecting women and helping them become their best selves.
