About

Autumn Grounding Sound Bath acontece de 16 de outubro a 6 de novembro de 2026, Hollway Road, em Stockwood.

Autumn Grounding Sound Bath Experience 🍂✨ Join Mel from Drift Away Wellness for a cosy autumn evening of deep relaxation, sound, and optional Reiki at the New Studio - Feel good Fitness As the seasons begin to change, this session is an invitation to slow down, ground yourself and come back into your body . We’ll begin gently, giving you time to settle into the space before moving into guided relaxation and an immersive sound bath using a blend of therapeutic instruments and vibrations. Afterwards, we’ll slowly come back together with herbal tea and a little chocolate , giving you time to ground before heading home. 🍂 What to bring: Something warm and cosy, a blanket and pillow if you wish, and your favourite mug for tea . Mats are provided. No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself some time to. ✨ This is a small space so spaces are limited .
