About

Breathe and Release acontece a 31 de outubro de 2026, Chorlton Health Hub, em Chorlton-cum-Hardy.

BREATHE AND RELEASE: A 90-Minute Breathwork Journey Come as you are. There's nothing to achieve and no particular way you're supposed to feel. Join us for a 90-minute guided breathwork experience using conscious connected breathing and music. This is an invitation to get curious about your own experience, without expectations about what might happen. Breathwork can be different for everyone, and even different each time you practise. There might be thoughts, feelings, physical sensations or very little happening at all. Whatever your experience, there's no right or wrong way for it to unfold. You don't need to clear your mind, let go of anything, feel a particular emotion or reach a certain state. What to expect A welcoming, supportive environment A brief introduction to conscious connected breathwork A guided breathing journey accompanied by music The freedom to participate at your own pace, pause or stop whenever you choose No previous breathwork experience is necessary. You don't have to arrive feeling calm, positive, open-minded or ready for anything in particular. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are, and see what happens.
