Never alone in it Conscious connected breathing involves inhaling and exhaling continuously , without any pauses, creating a steady rhythm for the entire session. While it may sound simple, over time, the mind quiets, the body begins to release tension it has held for years , and suppressed feelings may emerge. Tino, the breathwork facilitator, remains close throughout the process to provide support, ensuring that whatever arises is addressed in a safe space, so you are never alone. How the evening unfolds The evening consists of four parts: a brief introduction to settle in, the breathing session, a relaxation stretch to unwind, and time to integrate and ask questions. A story told through sound Music has always been an integral part of Tino's life, and this evening's event reflects that. He builds his own instruments, plays them live, and spends hours discovering tracks that most people have never heard, drawing from styles that typically don't coexist. Each playlist follows a narrative from beginning to end , curated and arranged with the same care as one might give to breathing itself. The breath opens the body, while the melody—shaped and performed live by someone who has dedicated years to mastering this craft—guides the experience, immersing in deeper journey with every shift in rhythm. What you carry home If you've been feeling the weight of tight shoulders and an overactive mind for weeks**,** this evening offers a chance to truly release that pressure instead of just avoiding it . The tension built up over time will finally begin to dissolve. You'll find a rare kind of quiet in your mind, allowing you to see clearly what you've been holding onto , often for much longer than you realized. Embrace this opportunity for true relief. How long: 120 minutes, including intro, breathing session, calming down and integration. Who it's for: For anyone seeking an intense breathing session and a deeper connection with themselves. It's a great fit for those looking for genuine emotional release rather than just relaxation. Participants should be ready to feel supported throughout the process, rather than facing it alone. What to bring: Comfortable clothes. Avoid eating a heavy meal during the two hours before the session. Before you book: This type of breathing can be intense for the body. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, have had recent surgery, or are currently being treated for a serious mental health condition, please write to me first at hello@anntin.ch.
