In a calm and welcoming space, within the beautiful setting of the church, with soft candlelight, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably while immersed in a blend of soothing sounds, such as singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments. The sounds are offered as a way to support quiet moments of rest and stillness, allowing you to experience the session in your own way. This in-person evening offers an opportunity to pause, take a break from the pace of everyday life, and spend some time simply being. Whether you’re curious to try something new or looking for a different kind of midweek pause, you’re welcome to come as you are. What to expect: 🎶 Gentle sounds and quiet moments 🤍 No pressure to participate in any particular way 🌿 A welcoming, beginner-friendly atmosphere 🧺 Please bring: Blanket • yoga/camping mat • water • anything that helps you feel comfortable Optional: eye mask Please note: Sound Bath Safety Guidance Our sound baths are designed to be gentle and relaxing for most people.
