🥁 Construye tu propio Tambor Chamánico + Temazcal Un día completo para crear con tus manos, conectar con la naturaleza y cerrar la experiencia alrededor del fuego. El 17 de octubre nos reuniremos en Masia Sa Calma, en Sant Martí Sacalm (Girona) , para vivir una jornada especial en plena naturaleza. Durante el día construiremos paso a paso nuestro propio tambor chamánico artesanal y, al caer la tarde, cerraremos la experiencia entrando juntos en un temazcal ceremonial . No necesitas experiencia previa. Te acompañaremos durante todo el proceso de construcción y tendrás preparados todos los materiales y herramientas necesarios: aro de madera, piel natural, cuerda de tensado, herramientas y baqueta ceremonial . Y lo más importante: al terminar, el tambor que hayas creado se viene contigo a casa. 🥁 🔥 ¿Cómo será el día? 🥁 Construcción artesanal de tu propio tambor Desde cero y acompañado paso a paso durante todo el proceso. 🌿 Tiempo para crear y conectar Pasaremos el día rodeados de bosque, montaña y naturaleza, compartiendo la experiencia en un grupo reducido. 🍇 Comida ligera antes del temazcal Durante el día tendremos una comida ligera para preparar el cuerpo antes de entrar al temazcal. 💧 Agua y tés durante la jornada Tendremos agua y diferentes infusiones disponibles durante la experiencia. 🔥 Temazcal ceremonial al atardecer Al terminar la construcción del tambor entraremos juntos en el temazcal, un baño de vapor ancestral realizado alrededor del calor, las piedras, el fuego y la ceremonia. 🌬️ Rapé ceremonial Acompañaremos el cierre de la jornada con rapé ceremonial para quien desee participar. 🌙 Posibilidad de quedarse a dormir Si quieres alargar la experiencia, existe la posibilidad de pasar la noche en la masía . On October 17th , we will gather at Masia Sa Calma, surrounded by nature in Girona , for a very special experience. During the day, you will be guided step by step through the process of creating your own handcrafted shamanic drum . As the sun begins to set, we will close the day together with a ceremonial temazcal . No previous experience is needed. Everything you need to build your drum will be provided, including the wooden frame, natural hide, tensioning cords, tools and drum beater . And at the end of the day, the drum you created comes home with you. 🥁 🔥 What will the day look like? 🥁 Build your own shamanic drum — from scratch, with guidance throughout the whole process. 🌿 Time to create, connect and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of the masia. 🍇 A light meal before the temazcal , so we can enter the ceremony feeling comfortable and light. 💧 Water and herbal teas available throughout the day. 🔥 As the afternoon comes to an end, we will enter the temazcal , a traditional steam ceremony centered around heat, fire, presence and connection. 🌬️ The experience will also include ceremonial rapé as part of the closing ritual. 🌙 And if you would like to stay longer, there is also the possibility of spending the night at the masia .
