Nature Trail and Yoga by the Sea Join us at Convent of Capuchos Car Park (Colares, Sintra) on September 12 , 2026 at 10:00 AM for a chill day of exploring nature and unwinding with some yoga in a "Fairy Forest Trail" in Peninha , Sintra. Starting from the Convent of the Capuchos , this 4 km circular route introduces you to different types of forests and and enchanted trail that according to a legend was a place of worship of the Druids and where the painted rock lays, was a special, magic tree. We will do a yoga practice and end with a well deserved picnic. Bring comfy clothes and a smile—let’s make it a day to remember! DETAILS - Trail in Peninha forest, from Convento dos Capuchos (Sintra-Cascais) - From 10:00 to 14:30 - 4km | 1,5h trail + 1h yoga pratice + 30min picnic - Meeting Point : Car Parking of Convento dos Capuchos in "Estrada dos Capuchos, Colares" (10:00am) - Meeting point from Lisbon (if you need a ride/carsharing): Terra Estúdio de Yoga (Anjos - Rua do zaire 13, Lisboa - 9:00am). WHAT TO BRING - confy clothes - trail shoes or running trail shoes - food and water (you can bring something to share on our picnic at the end of the walk) - a yoga or pilates mat (let me know if you don't have one) THE GUIDE Nuno Miguel does hiking and trails in Portugal and abroad for several years now and pratices yoga. THE YOGA TEACHER Liliana is an hatha yoga teacher, astrologer and therapist in Lisbon with several years of experience and loves to bring people together to share beautiful experiences.
