Join Georgina Rose for this intimate in person Feminine Codes® Breathwork Immersion where you will gather with like-hearted women, meeting the body as she becomes temple for embodied alchemy, and the breath becomes the doorway back to integrated wholeness. Through the conscious connected breath, gentle somatic movement, and presence-based facilitation, you’ll move beneath the noise of the mind and into the deeper currents of the body. This is where the breath meets the truth of what’s been held, and offers it space to move, release, and reintegrate. Together, we’ll breathe to unravel tension, clear stagnation, and restore connection to your feminine centres; earth, womb and heart. Expect a specially curated music journey, grounded guidance, and a deeply supportive journey where nothing is forced, and everything is welcome. This is offering is gifting you space to reconnect and remember what is already alive within you - your power & authentic truth. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or returning, you are welcome here. 🔥 The Feminine Codes® Breathwork Approach An approach rooted in the feminine body , built on cycles, spirals, and presence — not force and performance. Feminine Codes ® Breathwork is about embodied depth : meeting yourself breath by breath, cycle by cycle, spiral by spiral. Here, the breath is the teacher. The guide. The remembrance . It shows you when to soften, when to release, when to rise. It honours the body - not as something to push past, but as the place to fully embody and meet where power, truth, and transformation live. It awakens the womb, heart, and voice in a way that’s steady, powerful, and deeply embodied. This immersion is where you can drop into a space to feel without overwhelm, to move without force, and to awaken the fierce, untamed current of the feminine that lives inside you. Through breath and embodiment, you’ll unravel what has been held, awaken what has been silenced, and rise rooted in the truth of who you are. ✨ What to Expect Feminine Codes ® Conscious Connected Breathwork — guided with care, to open space without force.
