Maybe you already work with people through yoga, breathwork, coaching, healing, therapy, retreats or other transformational practices. Or perhaps you simply have a feeling that there is something more you are here to do. Full Power Cacao Facilitator Training Level 1 is where that journey begins. This is our Master of Ceremonies Level 1 Training, created to help you develop the knowledge, confidence and lived experience needed to begin creating and holding your own unique cacao ceremonies with integrity, authenticity and grace. Over five days of immersive training, we will gather at the beautiful Plas Y Maes in Wales to explore cacao, ceremony, spirituality, self-development and what it truly means to hold space for another human being. This is not simply about receiving a certificate that says you can facilitate cacao ceremonies. It is about becoming the kind of person capable of holding them. BECOME A FULL POWER CACAO CEREMONY FACILITATOR By completing Level 1, you will begin your journey as a Full Power Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. You will learn how to create ceremonial spaces that feel authentic to you, rather than simply copying somebody else's ceremony. We do not believe there should be one Full Power script that everybody repeats. Ceremony is alive. Your personality matters. Your life experience matters. Your intuition matters. Your gifts matter. Our role is to give you the foundations, understanding and practical experience needed to begin discovering your own way of holding ceremony. You will learn to do this with integrity, grace and confidence, while maintaining respect for cacao and the people who sit in your circle. TRAIN WITH LIAM AND NAZARENA There is a difference between learning information about cacao and learning directly from people who have devoted a significant part of their lives to walking this path. For five days, with only twelve people in the group, you will have the opportunity to train personally with Liam Browne and Maria Nazarena Gonzalez . This is not a pre-recorded online certification. You will practise together, sit in ceremony together, ask questions, make mistakes and receive guidance. You will learn from two people who bring very different, but beautifully complementary, experiences to the training. LIAM BROWNE NEARLY 15 YEARS WALKING WITH CACAO Liam's relationship with cacao began long before Full Power Cacao existed. In 2012, his own journey of healing and transformation took him to San Marcos La Laguna on the shores of Lake Atitlán in Guatemala. There, he met a man who would profoundly influence the direction of his life. KEITH WILSON | THE CHOCOLATE SHAMAN Keith became known internationally as The Chocolate Shaman and was one of the influential figures in the emergence of modern cacao ceremony. From his home in Guatemala, Keith worked with cacao as a powerful catalyst for meditation, heart opening, emotional exploration and inner transformation. Liam attended his first cacao ceremony with Keith during the extraordinary period surrounding December 2012. He did not simply attend one ceremony and return home claiming to understand cacao. He went back again and again. He listened, observed and experienced the work within himself. He learned directly through ceremony. Those experiences became the seed of a relationship with cacao that has continued for almost fifteen years. FROM STUDENT TO CEREMONY FACILITATOR Since 2012, Liam has facilitated cacao ceremonies for thousands of people. His work has taken cacao from intimate circles into large events, festivals, retreats and transformational experiences. Over those years, he has learned something that cannot be downloaded from a manual: how to read a room. He has learned when to speak and when to stay silent, when to lead and when to surrender, how to use music, how to work with energy and how to help somebody feel safe. He has learned how to recognise when a ceremony wants to move in a direction he had not planned, and how to trust what is happening without losing responsibility for the space he is holding. These are the subtleties of ceremony that come through experience. Level 1 gives you access to nearly fifteen years of those lessons, including not only the successes but also the mistakes, because mistakes often become the greatest teachers. THE EVOLUTION OF FULL POWER CACAO Liam eventually brought his relationship with cacao into the creation of Full Power Cacao and later founded the Full Power Cacao Facilitator Training School. Today, his work brings together cacao, yoga, meditation, breathwork, music, personal transformation, spiritual practice and Christ Consciousness. Liam is also a yoga teacher, spiritual teacher and author of Dealer to Healer . Across all of these expressions sits one mission: AWAKEN HUMAN POTENTIAL. Full Power Cacao Facilitator Training is one way of carrying that mission forward. Instead of Liam attempting to hold every ceremony himself, the training creates more capable practitioners who can take cacao into their own communities and allow the ripple to continue. MARIA NAZARENA GONZALEZ SHAMANISM. YOGA. BREATH. NATURE. CEREMONY. Alongside Liam, you will train with Maria Nazarena Gonzalez, who brings a beautifully different dimension to the Level 1 experience. Born in southern Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nazarena developed a deep relationship with nature, animals and the sea from childhood. At just fifteen years old, she discovered yoga and breathing practices through her own search for healing, beginning a lifelong exploration of consciousness and the human spirit. Her path later expanded into shamanic practices, sacred plants, quantum physics, lucid dreaming and altered states of consciousness. Nazarena now leads retreats, ceremonies and transformational journeys from her sacred space, Kuttir Le Dome, on the Argentine Atlantic coast, while collaborating internationally with communities including Full Power Cacao. Her work carries a strong connection with joy, movement, ritual, the natural world and awakening the healer within. Within the Full Power trainings, Nazarena brings an intuitive, feminine and deeply nature-connected quality to the work. Together, Liam and Nazarena offer two very different energies, two different life journeys and two different ways of seeing. They share one intention: to help you discover the facilitator that already exists within you. A CACAO TRAINING LIKE NO OTHER Previous Full Power Level 1 trainings have been built around one central principle: LEARN TO CREATE AND HOLD YOUR OWN UNIQUE CACAO CEREMONY. It will not be Liam's ceremony or Nazarena's ceremony. It will be yours. We give you the foundations and the structure, and we share what we have learned. Then we encourage you to explore what happens when your own gifts begin entering the space. Perhaps you work with yoga, music, sound, breathwork, meditation, dance, coaching, prayer, energy work or nature. Or perhaps you have not discovered your particular gifts yet. That is okay too. Level 1 is where we begin finding them. WHY WE KEEP THIS TRAINING SMALL We could put more people in the room, but we deliberately do not. There are twelve spaces on Level 1. This means Liam and Nazarena can watch you practise, answer your questions, challenge you and support you. They can help you understand not simply how they would hold a ceremony, but how you might hold one. We do not want to create twelve miniature versions of Liam and Nazarena. We want to help twelve people discover what ceremony looks like when it moves through them. A LIVING LINEAGE We believe it is important to remember that cacao did not begin with Full Power, and it certainly did not begin with the modern wellness industry. Cacao carries a long relationship with the peoples and cultures of Central and South America. Liam's doorway into ceremonial cacao came through Guatemala and Keith, The Chocolate Shaman. Nazarena brings her Argentine roots alongside years of exploration of yoga, shamanic practices and nature-based work. Full Power is another branch growing from a much older tree. Our responsibility is not simply to consume cacao or use it as another wellness product. It is to approach it with gratitude, humility and respect. We must then ask how we can carry cacao into the modern world in a way that is authentic to who we are. FROM STUDENT TO PRACTITIONER When you complete Level 1, the relationship does not simply end. In many ways, it begins. You become part of the growing community of Full Power Cacao practitioners and facilitators. Some graduates will begin holding dedicated cacao ceremonies. Others may integrate cacao into yoga classes, retreats, breathwork, coaching, festivals, workshops or their existing professional practice. Some may simply deepen their personal relationship with cacao. For others, this training may quietly change the direction of their entire life. As Full Power Cacao and the wider Full Power Path develop over the coming years, our intention is to create more opportunities for practitioners to learn, connect, collaborate and potentially become involved with ceremonies, events, retreats, trainings and other Full Power projects.
