About

Gong Bath Rockwater Branksome Chine - October 26th acontece a 26 de outubro de 2026, Rockwater Branksome, em Branksome Park.

Gong Bath at Rockwater, Branksome Chine Honouring the Full Moon, embracing the wisdom of Samhain, and gently turning inwards Date: Monday 26th October 2026 Time: 19:00 arrival for 19:15 start Location: Rockwater Branksome, inside upstairs As we gather in late October, autumn has settled fully around us. The vibrant colours of the season remind us that letting go can be every bit as beautiful as growth. On the Wheel of the Year we are approaching Samhain (31st October), a time traditionally associated with honouring the harvest now complete, reflecting on the year that is drawing towards its close, and preparing for the quieter, more inward months ahead. This Gong Bath offers a gentle opportunity to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself as nature invites us to rest, restore and embrace stillness. On 26th October , we gather beneath the energy of the Full Moon , which reaches its peak during the early hours of the same morning. Although the Moon has technically begun its waning journey, it remains almost fully illuminated, rising at approximately 4:30 pm , ahead of our gathering, while the sun sets shortly afterwards at around 4:46 pm . As darkness falls, the bright Moon will already be high in the evening sky, offering a beautiful backdrop for our practice. The Full Moon is often associated with illumination, completion and gratitude. It invites us to acknowledge what has come to fruition, celebrate how far we have travelled, and gently release anything that has reached the end of its natural cycle. With the Sun now travelling through Scorpio , this season also encourages honesty, transformation and the courage to let go of what no longer serves us, creating space for renewal as winter approaches. This Gong Bath will gently support: Deep relaxation and nervous system restoration Releasing stress, tension and emotional overload Reflecting on the lessons and gifts of the past year Letting go with gratitude and compassion Cultivating stillness, resilience and inner balance Bathed in the immersive resonance of the gongs, you are invited to soften, settle and simply receive. Allow the sound to guide you beyond the activity of the mind into a place of spaciousness, stillness and deep rest. You may wish to reflect on: What am I now ready to release? What have I harvested from this year so far? What qualities do I wish to carry with me into the quieter season ahead? Come as you are. Lie down. Receive. Allow the sound to carry you into deep rest, gentle reflection and quiet renewal as we honour the Full Moon and prepare for the threshold of Samhain. Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a mat, yoga mat or other, blankets, cushions, pillows etc. to create a cosy nest to fully relax into. Timings 19:00 – Arrival and time to create your comfy nest 19:15 – Gong Bath experience 20:15 – Time and space to ground and gently return 20:30 – Float peacefully into your evening
