"It's like an ayahusca ceremony - without the drugs or the plane ticket." What is this? This is a safe, substance-free, visionary altered-states ceremony facilitated by binaural sound technology and shamanic meditation techniques, facilitated by British School of Meditation certified instructor and altered-states practitioner Will Fraser. Intention, meditation and advanced audio technology will be used to guide you into a deep visionary state of consciousness. Journey inward and outward, exploring symbolic imagery, intuitive insight, emotional release and deeper connection. What to expect: orientation and intention setting, fully guided induction, safety protocols, structured ceremonial journey, safe return and integration, optional sharing circle. No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat, a cushion and an open mind. Our previous session gave rise to a fascinating range of experiences. Participants described everything from profound peace and relaxation, to a vivid out-of-body journey through a forest and even an encounter with infinite consciousness. Hearing what people experience through this simple yet powerful substance-free practice is always deeply humbling. A participant from a prior event wrote this: "I wasn’t even that aware of what I might encounter at Will's session, just entirely trusted the friends who recommended him. It was clear almost instantly that he knew his stuff, the intention setting meditation carving a clear path and providing grounding for us all. Will’s skill in creating sound hits different. The sensations of the frequencies had the magical effect of quieting what is usually a pretty active monkey mind, and staying present in my body. This time, place will be limited to 10 participants to preserve an intimate atmosphere and leave time afterwards for reflection and optional sharing.
