Expect to: boost energy regain muscular strength build endurance improve flexibility and mobility improve posture improve grip strength develop coordination and balance boost confidence Get stronger, move better, and inspire. We know that life with a family can be busy, unpredictable and full-on, which is why making time for yourself can sometimes feel like just another thing on the to-do list. But consistency is key when it comes to feeling stronger, fitter and more confident. That’s why this is a 6-week programme - giving you the time, support and structure to build your strength and confidence gradually, while creating strong habits that can fit into family life. Over the six weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to make exercise a regular part of your routine, without needing to be perfect. It’s about showing up, building momentum and making progress together. By the end of the programme, the goal isn’t just for you to feel stronger physically, but to feel more confident in yourself and have healthy habits you can carry with you long after the six weeks are over.
