This is more than just a breathwork class; it is more than a solo inward journey. There is a reason we come together for experiences like this - there is a collective energy and power in connecting with community on these deeper levels. That’s why this 2.5-hour session has been carefully curated to guide you through a journey of meditation, somatic movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork, partner work, guided visualisation and Reiki energy healing. There is also the option to add on a guided contrast therapy experience: a guided sauna and cold plunge, plus use of the spa jacuzzi and red light sauna. Usually £35, this is reduced to £25 for Sunshine Souls community. Together, we’ll create a supportive space for you to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself and your intuition, and awaken your inner light.
