Men's Circle

Men's Circle acontece a 17 de outubro de 2026, The Space London, em London.

We have created a space where we gather monthly as men. I open the event with a guided meditation, nothing to complex but just bringing us into presence, away from the stress of life and work and back into the body. We then open up into a physical circle, we each have 4/5 minutes to express what is going for eachother, the other guys fully listen. What you'll find is that because of the enviroment and that there is no need to perform or pretend, that you can finally voice what you've been holding and unable to express in other areas of your life. That alongside hearing what the other men are going through creates connection and insight. We then finish with Rich who leads a sound meditation, just lie down and be guided by the sound. Simple as that, truly transformative for those who have come. No experience or need to be spirtual or what not. Just bring your authentic self. See you there
