Begin your morning with the joy-filled flow for our first Golden Mornings (sober rave) with Hugo from known for playfully instructing Gaga or refresh yourself with some fresh nourishment as a teaser from Barmacy. If you’re seeking relaxation, treat yourself to an on-the-spot massage with Octavio in the morning, or acupuncture with Hayley in the afternoon.
As the day unfolds, dive deeper with experiences like the Ice x Breath & Sauna Re-Set with Patrick from Longevity House or find guidance through Astrological Readings with Carla. You can explore the latest in neuroscience technology with Alpha Wave Experience and the Mulabs pop-up mini a-scans throughout the day, or reconnect with your breath and movement during our Global Breathing Awareness session with Katya.
We will have nutritious food morning, afternoon and evening.
