How The Session Plays Out Setting the Stage: Michael begins by setting a brief intention. You will be guided through a specific, rhythmic deep breathing technique, which calms the nervous system and lowers stress by stimulating the Vagus nerve. Ascending to Healing: As your brainwaves slow from the conscious Beta state to the relaxed Alpha state, you will receive Reiki-charged crystals. The session includes a short Qigong Inner Smile meditation, directing healing energy to your chakras. The Core Experience: As the Gongs begin, your mind drifts deeper into the Theta and Delta states—the realm of true cellular healing.
