People & Culture in an AI Age

People & Culture in an AI Age realiza-se a 4 de novembro de 2026, Engine Shed, em Redcliffe.

AI is changing how work gets done faster than most organisations can change how they lead, hire, develop and support their people. For People & Culture leaders, that raises questions without easy answers: how should roles evolve, how to build confidence rather than anxiety, and what good leadership looks like when half the team is working alongside AI tools. Join us at the Engine Shed for a morning focused on the human side of AI adoption. Psychologist and coach Ed Cornfield, co-founder of MindsetOS, opens with a keynote on the mindsets that help people and teams adapt under uncertainty. A panel of practitioners then gets into what's actually working (and what isn't) inside organisations right now. We'll finish with networking and hands-on demo stations, so you can see AI tools for people teams in action and compare notes with peers facing the same challenges. Who it's for: HR directors, People & Culture leads, L&D professionals, Business leaders and anyone responsible for bringing their workforce through change.
