About
Samhain Sound Bath acontece a 25 de outubro de 2026, Let's retreat, em Angmering.
Join us for our Samhain Sound Bath being held at Let's Retreat on Sunday 25th October at 6:30pm - 7:30pm. The season of descent is calling, and you’re invited to gather by candlelight as we honour the turning of the year and the quiet pull towards darkness. Samhain carries us into the liminal space between what has been and what is yet to come; a time for remembering, releasing and making peace with what is changing. As the leaves loosen from the trees and return to the earth, we are reminded of the wisdom in surrendering to the season and allowing ourselves to descend rather than always reaching for what comes next. Gathering together, we will sink into a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing the resonance of crystal singing bowls to move through the body. As the sounds wash over us, the edges between breath, body, earth and sound begin to merge, carrying us into a liminal space where we can listen beyond the noise of the everyday and hear what the darkness has to say. A place to soften, surrender and become quiet enough to hear the whispers beneath the surface. You may bring with you the name of someone you wish to remember, something you are ready to release, or simply yourself as you are, with no intention beyond being held in the stillness for a while. The earth does not fear the darkness; she returns to it, resting beneath the surface as what has fallen becomes nourishment for what is yet to come. This is an invitation to honour that same rhythm within ourselves, surrendering to the descent and trusting what is quietly unfolding in the dark. PLEASE READ THE FAQ PAGE THOROUGHLY SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE A COMFORTABLE ONE.
