Our class is designed to help you reconect with your true self. You will be guided through somatic and lymphatic movement techniques to help reconnect with your body. Then, into a deep meditation through the sounds of positive affirmations, crystal bowls and koshi chimes to help you find a state of inner peace, calm and mental clarity. I can and I will roar and connect with my inner strength and power! 📅 Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Please arrive for 6:15pm. Doors will close at the start of the session to not disturb the meditation) 💷 Cost: £5 + eventbrite processing fee (non-refundable ticket to support the cost of keeping our charity open to the public) For maximum comfort, we advise you bring a blanket, a pillow or two for your head and base of back. Wear loose clothing and cosy socks. Yoga mats are provided. Contraindications: Not suitable for epilepsy, Parkinsons, neurodegenerative disease, deep brain stimulation device (DBS), first trimester of pregnancy and if diabetic please check insulin levels before class for deep mediation. Photographs will be taken to promote our wellbeing services.
