Perfect for anyone looking to escape the daily grind and find some calm. The cosy hammock taking pressure off your body and joints allows for a more comfortable relaxing experience . We provide hammock,cushion,blanket & eye mask ,just bring yourself !! Wear something nice and comfy for ultimate relaxation. While generally safe,there are a few contra-indications of soundbaths .These include: First trimester of pregnancy Heart conditions(including pacemakers) Metal plates/implants Severe mental health conditions Sound sensitivity Tinnitus Epilepsy SOUND BATH DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER Sound baths are intended for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice,diagnosis or treatment.Attendees are responsible for consulting medical professionals regarding any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation.Listed above are some contraindications NOT suitable for sound baths ,if unsure of any other exclusions,again consult a medical professional.
