SPIRITUS Breathwork & Live Looping Ceremonial Sound Journey

SPIRITUS Breathwork & Live Looping Ceremonial Sound Journey acontece a 10 de outubro de 2026, Wemyss Bay Community Centre, em Wemyss Bay.

As autumn draws us inward, this is an invitation to set down what you've been carrying and meet yourself on the other side of the breath. This is not a breathwork class. It's a ceremony, held from arrival to closing, where conscious connected breathwork opens the doors and a full live soundbath carries you through them. 🌬️ The Journey We begin by grounding the body and setting intention. You'll then be guided into a deep conscious connected breathwork session, supported throughout by live sound: ancient instruments, voice, live looping and immersive spatial audio that moves with the arc of your breath. As the breathwork settles, the soundbath deepens, giving your body and nervous system the time and space to fully integrate everything that has moved. You leave not just released, but resettled. What people take away from this work: 🌿 A calmer, more regulated nervous system 💧 Emotional release, the kind that has been waiting for a safe container 🔥 Relief from stress held deep in the body 🌙 Easing of chronic pain and physical tension ✨ Clarity, lightness and a renewed connection to self 🪶 Held With Care Guided by Rory of Sunyata Sound Healing & SPIRITUS Breathwork, with over five years of facilitating breathwork and sound healing across the UK, Ireland and internationally. No experience needed, just a willingness to show up and breathe.
