About

Wemyss Bay Community Centre Sound Bath Tuesday 10th November acontece a 10 de novembro de 2026, Wemyss Bay Community Centre, em Wemyss Bay.

Join me at the community centre for one of my gorgeously soothing and relaxing, crystal bowl sound baths. What is a sound bath? It is a form of meditation where you are bathed in sound, helping you to relax deeper than traditional meditation methods. All you have to do is turn up, lay down and relax. You should arrive in your comfy clothes with a pillow, blanket and a bottle of water. If you have mobility issues feel free to bring a chair to sit on, zero gravity loungers would be ideal. Yoga mats, a light blanket for extra comfort and a small bolster cusion are provided, however please bring an additional blanket and pillow with you. You may even want to bring a hot water bottle for the colder months Please arrive at 8pm for a 8:15pm start. The doors shall be locked at 8:15pm and no entry permitted after. Should you be pregnant or have a heart condition please let me know upon arrival. Not recommended for sound induced epilepsy. Can't wait to meet you and hold space for you 💫
