The short answer
Under about a hundred guests and one photographer, a shared album link is fine, as long as you accept that most guests will scroll past their own photos and share nothing.
Any bigger, or with more than one photographer, sending everyone everything means almost nobody finds themselves. Give each guest their own photos instead.
The fastest way to do that is a QR code at the venue. A guest scans it, takes a selfie, sees the photos they appear in, downloads them, and shares them with your event's name on.
Compared
Each one is right for something. The question is how many guests you have and how many of them you want to actually see their photos.
Works for
A small event with one folder of photos and a guest list you already have.
Breaks when
Files are large, links expire, and every guest scrolls through hundreds of photos to find the three they are in.
Works for
A team, a family, a group that already chats together.
Breaks when
Compression ruins the quality, photos arrive in bursts between other messages, and nobody can find their own photo a week later.
Works for
Handing the complete set to the client or the sponsor.
Breaks when
Guests need an account, browsing thousands of files on a phone is painful, and you never learn who downloaded what.
Works for
Reach, if the event is public and the guests are happy to be tagged.
Breaks when
Most guests are never tagged, the platform compresses everything, and photos of people who never agreed to it are now public.
Works for
Events from a few hundred to 15,000 guests, several photographers, sponsors who want to be seen. Guests scan, take a selfie and see only the photos they appear in. Consent is asked first. Nothing to install.
Breaks when
Nobody at the door tells guests it exists. That one is easy to fix, and the next section is about it.
How it works
This is how TIME&SPACE runs it. It works on top of the photographer you already have, or with our own team.
Create the event and print the QR code
Put it on badges, on the screens between sessions, on tables, or next to the photo wall. One code per event.
Photographers upload
Yours or ours, from their own workflow. Every photo is indexed as it arrives, so the gallery grows during the event.
Guests scan and take a selfie
They are asked for consent first. Then they see the photos they appear in, on their own phone, in the browser. No app needed.
Guests download and share
Your event name, your branding and your sponsors travel on every photo they post. That is how the next edition gets seen.

The part people forget
Find your photos. Scan the code, take a selfie, see every photo you are in.
Where it works best
Privacy
Consent comes first
A guest is asked for explicit consent before any selfie is taken or compared. No consent, no face search.
Selfies do not stay
Selfie images and the search data made from them are deleted after 30 days. Guests can ask for deletion at any time.
Stored in the EU
Photos and data live on EU infrastructure. Built for GDPR from the start, not patched for it.
What it costs
From 188 euros for an event with up to 500 guests, with larger plans up to 15,000 guests. Photographers, team members and guest downloads are included. No subscription.
Questions
No. The QR code opens the event in the browser and the whole flow runs there. Guests who want to keep following events can get the TIME&SPACE app, but it is never required to find photos.
Yes. Photographers upload from their own workflow, and the photos are indexed as they arrive. If you need a crew, our agency brings one and delivers through the same system.
As soon as a photographer uploads. Many organisers publish during the event so guests share from the venue, others after the edit. The timing is yours.
They see that no photos were found, and can leave an email to be told if more are uploaded later. Nobody is promised photos: only that they find theirs if a photographer captured them.
Consent is explicit and logged before any face is compared, data is stored in the EU, selfies and search data are deleted after 30 days, and guests can request deletion at any time. The privacy policy spells out every retention period.
