Past Galleries: Delivering Photos From an Event That Already Happened
TIME&SPACE · Organiser's Playbook
Face recognition does not care when a photo was taken. Upload the photo set from an event that already happened, any format, any volume, and past attendees find their own photos with a single selfie, at 50% off any standard plan.
Past Galleries: Delivering Photos From an Event That Already Happened
In short: Every event an organiser has ever run has photos that nobody saw, because the photographer delivered a shared folder instead of a way for each guest to find their own face in it. TIME&SPACE indexes that existing photo set after the fact. Upload it, face recognition maps every person in it, and past attendees find their own photos with one selfie, no matter when the event took place. Past-gallery pricing is 50% off any standard plan.
Most photo galleries from past events sit untouched. A shared Drive folder, a WeTransfer link that expired, a USB stick handed to the organiser months ago. Somewhere in there is a photo of almost every attendee, and almost none of them have ever seen it, because finding your own face in six hundred unsorted photos is not something anyone actually does.
It works on photos taken at any time
Face recognition does not know or care when a photo was taken. A photo from an event held last month processes exactly the same way as a photo from an event held two years ago: the detector finds the faces in it, builds a descriptor for each one, and holds it ready to match against a guest's selfie. There is no freshness requirement and no quality threshold tied to the event's age, only to the photo itself.
What an organiser actually does
Upload the existing photo set, in whatever format it is already in. There is no reshoot and no new photography required. The event is created in the dashboard like any other, the photos go through the same indexing pipeline as a live event's uploads, and once processing finishes, past attendees can be invited back to claim their own photos.
Why this is worth doing after the fact
An attendee who scans a selfie and finds a real set of photos of themselves from your event is the most natural kind of reminder that the event existed and was worth attending. Email the list, post the link, or share it in the same channels used to promote the event originally. Each attendee who finds and shares their own photos puts your event back in front of their own audience, without the organiser creating a single new piece of content.
Pricing and access
Past-gallery pricing is 50% off any standard plan, STARTER, ADVANCED, or PRO, and guests get the same 365-day access window on every plan whether the event happened yesterday or years ago. Everything else about the plan, the guest limits, the photo limits, applies exactly as it does for a live event; only the price and the fact that the photos already exist change.
The short version
An old, unsorted photo folder from a past event is not a dead asset. Upload it, face recognition indexes it the same way it would a live event, and attendees who never saw their own photos can finally find them, at 50% off any standard plan.
