In short: TIME&SPACE is partnering with REINVENT the Event 2026, Portugal's yearly gathering for the events industry, on 19 October at the Estoril Congress Center. We will be there. If you organise, produce, or supply events for a living, this is the room to be in.
Most of our work happens the week of an event, matching guests to their photos before the last song is over. REINVENT is the one day a year where the people who make that week possible sit in the same room and compare notes.
What REINVENT the Event is
REINVENT started in 2021 as an online gathering and has grown into one of Portugal's main meeting points for the professional events community: congresses, fairs, business tourism, and everything that sits behind a stage. The 2026 edition runs on 19 October at the Estoril Congress Center, organised by Event Point, and brings together organisers, venues, suppliers, agencies, and decision makers to talk through the trends actually shaping the industry: experience design, technology, sustainability, and where AI is genuinely useful in event production rather than just discussed.
Why we are partnering with it
TIME&SPACE exists because event photography and photo delivery were still stuck in a workflow built for a much smaller industry: a photographer, a hard drive, and a folder link sent out weeks later. Face recognition delivery, watermarking, and same-day guest access are not features we built in a vacuum. They came out of conversations with organisers, photographers, and venues about what was actually broken.
REINVENT is where those conversations happen at scale, in one room, in one day. Partnering with it is a straightforward decision: it is our audience, talking about our problem, once a year.
What it is worth to you
If you organise or produce events in Portugal, a day at REINVENT tends to pay for itself in a few specific ways.
You see what the rest of the industry is actually doing. Not the version that ends up in a case study six months later. The sessions and the hallway conversations both surface what worked this season and what quietly did not.
You meet suppliers you would otherwise only find through a cold search. Photography, staging, ticketing, AV, catering: the people running the stands are the same people who will be on your event next year, and a face at a conference is a very different starting point than a form on a website.
