Roster Pro: Who Actually Needs the 88 EUR Add-On

The roster, uploading a speaker or artist lineup so each person's photos find them automatically, comes with Advanced and Pro. On Starter it is a separate 88 EUR add-on called Roster Pro. Here is exactly when that applies.
In short: Uploading a speaker or artist lineup for automatic face-matched delivery is included on ADVANCED and PRO. On STARTER it needs the Roster Pro add-on, 88 EUR. If your roster already had people on it before 22 October 2026, it keeps working either way.
A roster is the lineup: the speakers, artists, or performers an organiser adds by name and email before the event, so each one is matched to their own photos and emailed automatically, without scanning a QR code or visiting the gallery. It is a different thing from the guest gallery everyone else uses, and which plan it needs depends on which plan the event is already on.
The split
- ADVANCED and PRO: the roster is included. Upload the lineup, each person is face-matched against the event's photos, and the delivery email goes out on its own.
- STARTER: adding people to a roster needs Roster Pro, a separate 88 EUR add-on. Without it, the roster feature is not available to add new people on a Starter event.
The price is a one-time add-on per event, not a recurring charge and not a plan upgrade.
What it does not change
Only adding a NEW person to the roster is gated. If a roster already had someone on it before 22 October 2026, when this split started applying, that person keeps being matched and emailed exactly as before. Nobody who was already receiving roster delivery lost it.
An organiser preparing an event before choosing a plan can also build the lineup on a draft event. Nothing is delivered until the event goes live and a plan is chosen, so there is no rush to pick Roster Pro before deciding Starter is even the right tier.
Why Starter is priced this way
Starter is the entry tier, built for an event that needs face recognition and QR delivery without a lineup to manage. Advanced and Pro are built for the kind of event that has one, a conference with named speakers, a festival with a billed artist list, so the roster comes with the plan rather than as something to buy separately. On Starter it stays available, just priced as what it is: an extra piece of work the platform does on your behalf, matching and emailing a named list automatically instead of everyone scanning for themselves.
