Photos from an event that already happened still get a full STARTER, ADVANCED or PRO delivery, at 50% off the standard price, agreed directly and invoiced.
In short: An event that already happened, with photos sitting on a drive instead of in front of guests, still qualifies for a full TIME&SPACE delivery: face recognition, QR, the works. The standard price is cut in half. It is agreed directly with us and invoiced, not something checkout applies on its own.
Plenty of events never had face-recognition delivery at the time. A wedding from two years ago, a conference where the photographer handed over a folder and nothing else, a festival whose photos sat untouched since the weekend it happened. None of that photo set has to stay a folder.
What qualifies
Any set of photos from an event that is already over. The event itself does not need to have run on TIME&SPACE originally. If the photos exist, in whatever format they were delivered in, they can go through the same pipeline a live event uses: uploaded, indexed for face recognition, and put behind one gallery link guests reach by scanning a QR code or opening the link directly.
The price
Half of the standard list: STARTER at EUR94, ADVANCED at EUR244, PRO at EUR444, for the same guest and photo limits as the live-event tiers. Everything that comes with the plan on a live event comes with it here too: the event page, the gallery, QR codes, invite links, and Event Branding on ADVANCED and PRO.
Why it is not a checkout price
Checkout only knows a handful of things: the referral code a photographer gives a client, a partner coupon, and a manual promotion code. An archive discount is none of those, so it is agreed directly rather than typed into a box. Tell us the event happened, roughly how many photos and guests are involved, and we confirm the tier and invoice it. It takes a conversation, not a form.
Larger archives
A big archive, several events' worth of photos, or a bulk request from an agency clearing out old deliveries, is priced separately from the standard 50% off. The size of the photo set changes the economics enough that a flat tier does not fit, so those get a custom number rather than a plan price.
The short version
An old folder of event photos is not a dead end. It is still a STARTER, ADVANCED or PRO delivery, half price, agreed with us directly and invoiced rather than run through checkout.
