How to Embed Your Event Photo Gallery on Your Website
TIME&SPACE · Organiser's Playbook
Every paid TIME&SPACE plan includes an embed widget: one snippet that drops your event's full photo gallery straight into your own website. Here's what it actually shows, and what it still carries no matter which plan you're on.
How to Embed Your Event Photo Gallery on Your Website
In short: Every paid TIME&SPACE plan includes an embed widget, a copy-paste snippet that drops your event's full photo gallery into your own website: a scrollable grid with a full-screen lightbox, with downloads if you've enabled them. No guest has to leave your page to see it. It carries a small "Powered by TIME&SPACE" credit outside the embedded frame on every plan, and that is deliberate, not a limitation you can pay your way out of.
An organiser with their own event website or landing page usually ends up choosing between two bad options: send visitors away to look at photos, or rebuild a gallery by hand and keep it in sync. The embed widget is the third option. It is one block of code, generated from your event's own settings, that shows the real gallery wherever you paste it.
Where the snippet comes from
Open your event's dashboard settings and find "Embed gallery." It generates a single piece of code built around your event's own address, timeandspace.app/e/[your-event]/embed, and a copy button puts it on your clipboard ready to paste into your site's HTML, your CMS, or a page builder's embed block.
What a visitor actually sees
The widget renders the same photos as your event's public gallery, in a scrollable grid. Clicking any photo opens a full-screen view with arrow-key navigation, the same lightbox guests get on the gallery itself. Downloads appear inside the widget only if you have "Allow guest downloads" switched on in your gallery settings; if it is off, visitors can browse and view but not save a copy. The widget also picks up your event's own brand colours automatically, so it does not arrive looking like a foreign block dropped onto your page.
The credit line sits outside the embedded frame, on purpose
Below the widget, every embed carries a short "Gallery by TIME&SPACE" line with a real link back to timeandspace.app. It lives outside the embedded frame rather than inside it, because a link inside an embedded frame does not register as a link to the page hosting it. Placed outside, it is an ordinary link in your page's own code, which is also why it stays on every plan, STARTER through PRO: Event Branding (see our guide to choosing a plan) customises the gallery's colours and logo, not this line. A fully unbranded embed is a Custom-plan conversation, not a toggle on any standard plan.
It doesn't replace your event's own address
Your event still has exactly one public URL, covered in why your event needs one real URL, and the embed does not change that. The widget is a window onto the same gallery, meant to live inside a page you already control, not a second place for people to go looking for it. Share the real event link for anyone arriving by QR code or search; use the embed for the website you already have.
The short version
The embed widget is one snippet, generated per event, that puts your real photo gallery, lightbox and all, directly on your own website. Downloads follow your gallery's own setting, the colours follow your event's brand, and a small credit line to TIME&SPACE sits outside the frame on every plan. It sits alongside your event's one real URL, not instead of it.
