Registered non-profits and associations can get pricing below the standard plans, decided case by case and framed as a partnership, never a fixed discount code.

Pricing for Non-Profits and Associations

In short: Registered non-profits, associations, foundations and their EU equivalents can get a price below the standard STARTER, ADVANCED and PRO tiers. There is no published percentage and no checkout code: the price is decided case by case, directly with the organisation, and it is always structured as a partnership rather than a straight discount.

A non-profit running an event has the same guest list, the same need for people to find their own photos, and a very different budget to work with than a commercial organiser. That gap is real, and it is handled directly rather than through a public coupon.

Who this is for

Registered associations, foundations, IPSS and ONGD in Portugal, and their equivalents across the EU, qualify for consideration. A government body, a political party or a religious organisation is not automatically eligible: those are reviewed individually rather than assumed in or out.

What to have ready

A non-profit price starts with proof, not a request. Bring the organisation's NIF, or the equivalent tax number in another EU country, and either its statutes or a registry entry showing its legal form. Without that, there is nothing for sales to confirm against, and the standard pricing on STARTER (EUR188), ADVANCED (EUR488) and PRO (EUR888) applies.

Why there is no published number

A single published percentage would have to fit every organisation, from a five-person volunteer association running one event a year to a foundation with a full calendar of them, and it would stop meaning anything the moment it tried to cover both. Every non-profit price is set for the specific organisation and the specific events, weighing size, frequency, and what the organisation can offer in return. That is also why the figure is never quoted on its own: ask what applies to your events and expect a real conversation, not a lookup table.

What a partnership can look like

The shape varies, but the direction does not. It can mean a smaller event at little or no cost, a package price across a year of events instead of paying per event, or an existing plan made more affordable than the standard list. In return, a non-profit partnership usually includes something visible: the organisation listed among our partners, a short case study once an event has run, or a mention to the organisation's own community. The partner price is always shown next to the standard list price, so a renewal starts from the real number rather than from whatever was agreed the first time.

The short version

If your organisation is a registered non-profit, bring proof of that status to the conversation, and expect a price built around your actual events, not a flat code applied at checkout.
