How Much Does Event Photo Software With Face Recognition Cost?

What face-recognition photo delivery costs per event, the four ways it is priced, what the price actually depends on, and the questions that reveal the real total before you sign.
How Much Does Event Photo Software With Face Recognition Cost?
In short: On TIME&SPACE it costs 188 EUR, 488 EUR or 888 EUR per event, paid once by the organiser, with no subscription and nothing charged to guests. Across the market there are four pricing models: a published price per event, an enterprise quote, a model where each participant pays for their own photos, and cheap guest-upload apps that do not match faces at all. Most of the European face-recognition platforms we compared publish no price, so the only way to learn their cost is a sales call. The software price also never includes the photographer.
The Four Ways This Is Priced
A published price per event. You see the price, pick a plan sized to your event and pay once. This is how we sell.
An enterprise quote. You book a call and receive a proposal, often as an annual licence covering many events. When we checked on 23 September 2026, Memento, GetPica and Premagic published no price on their websites.
The participant pays. The organiser pays little or nothing and each participant buys their own photos. This is standard in endurance sport: Sportograf sells each runner a package of their photos, priced per participant after they search, as of 25 September 2026. It is a genuinely good model when there is no photography budget.
Guest-upload apps. Guests take and share the photos themselves on a shared wall. These are much cheaper, from free to about 49.99 EUR per event for Fotify when we checked on 23 September 2026, because they solve a different problem: there is no photographer and no face matching.

Event Branding means your colours, logo and font on the guest gallery pages. An event that has already happened costs 50% of any plan. The full details are on the pricing page, and there is a machine-readable version for anyone comparing tools programmatically.
What the Price Actually Depends On
Guest count. Every plan is sized by how many guests can scan. Pick the plan for your expected attendance, not your hopes.
Photo volume. A one-day conference and a three-day festival produce very different numbers of photos.
How long the gallery stays open. Guests come back to their photos weeks later. Ours stays live for 365 days on every plan; check whether a quote includes the same.
Branding. Whether the guest gallery can carry your event's look.
The photographer. No software price includes the photography itself. You bring your photographer, or hire one. We also run an agency that supplies photography and video crews, quoted separately.
Four Questions That Reveal the Real Total
- Does anyone else pay? Ask whether guests are ever charged to download or unlock their photos.
- Is it per event or per year? An annual licence is cheaper per event only if you run enough events.
- What happens after the event? Ask how long the gallery and the photos stay available, and what it costs to extend.
- What is included for data protection? Face data is special-category data under the GDPR. Ask where it is processed, how long it is kept, and for a data processing agreement.
